Time Traveling Drag Queens in the 1940s! features some of Savannah’s best drag queens, actors, and singers performing classic big band, swing, and standards from the Great American Songbook in a hilarious new theatrical cabaret experience about three drag queens who get sent back in time to WWII America and have to help a ragtag group put on a USO Club Show!

The Bay Street Cabaret teamed up with the the Savannah Sweet Tease Burlesque Revue to bring you Bawdy Broadway, an evening of sexy showtunes and daring dance numbers all performed live!

Thursday, September 30, 2021: Hot Summer Broadway

In celebration of the return of Broadway and the Tony Awards in September of 2021, the Bay Street Cabaret busted out the gold to bring the audience Award Winning Broadway, an evening of showtunes from musicals that all won Best Musical.

The evening featured songs like “Sincerely Me” and “Waving Through a Window” from Dear Evan Hansen, “Maybe This Time” and “Two Ladies” from Cabaret, “You Could Drive a Person Crazy” from Company, “History of Wrong Guys” from Kinky Boots, “Little Girls” from Annie, “Breathe” from In the Heights, and more!

The show starred Trey Norris and JoJo Ward as Treyla Trash and Carman iCandy and featured Travis Coles, Hannah Dodson, Gwen Leahy, and Dani Vazquez.

Thursday, July 29, 2021: Hot Summer Broadway

The Bay Street Cabaret brought the heat back to Savannah in all-new evening of live musical entertainment with “Hot Summer Broadway” on Thursday, July 29, 2021.

The evening featured “hot” showtunes including “Too Darned Hot” from Kiss Me Kate, “Summer Nights” from Grease, “Burn” from Hamilton, “All That Jazz” from Chicago, and much more!

The show starred Trey Norris and JoJo Ward as Treyla Trash and Carman iCandy and featured Cecilia Tran Arango, Brandon Kaufman, Justin P. Kent, and Taylor Mercier.

Thursday, May 20, 2021: An Evening of Broadway Showstoppers

Savannah welcomed a new era of live entertainment with the launch of the Bay Street Cabaret and their inaugural Broadway series, “An Evening of Broadway Showstoppers” on Thursday, May 20, 2021.

The production was staged in the Bay Street Theater space at Club One Jefferson and featured a cocktail hour with specialty drinks, trivia, and more.

The evening featured some of Savannah’s most talented vocalists performing some of musical theater’s most iconic songs including “Cabaret” from Cabaret; “Defying Gravity” from Wicked; “Home” from The Wiz; “Last Midnight” from Into the Woods; “The Ladies Who Lunch” from Company, and more.

Starring Trey Norris and JoJo Ward as Treyla Trash and Carman iCandy.  Featuring Hannah Dodson, Daniel J. Hilton, Gwen Leahy, and Chris Stanley.
